These terms govern the use of the Knowee app, published by the company viibr, based in France. By accessing the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms without reservation.
By using Knowee, you agree to provide certain personal information necessary for the service to function. This data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used exclusively for internal purposes (matching, personalization, security).
You may modify or delete your data at any time through your profile. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.
By registering on Knowee, you confirm that:
Any hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, or harassing behavior will result in account suspension or deletion.
You remain the owner of any content you post (photos, quiz answers, etc.). By using Knowee, you grant us a free, non-exclusive license to use this content within the service.
Inappropriate, illegal, offensive, or misleading content is strictly prohibited.
Knowee applies human and/or automated moderation. Any user can report abusive content in-app. We reserve the right to block or remove any content or account without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for your actions and the content you share on Knowee. We are not liable for user-generated content or behavior. In case of legal proceedings, Knowee will cooperate with competent authorities as required.
The name, logo, brand identity, texts and all elements of the Knowee application are the exclusive property of viibr. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
Knowee is free to use. However, some advanced features are reserved for subscribers to Knowee+.

Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store under the respective store's subscription terms. You can cancel at any time via your store account settings.
Essential features such as account creation and discovery are always available without a subscription.
Creating fake profiles or impersonating others to misuse the service is strictly prohibited. Any fraudulent activity will result in account termination and may lead to legal action.
Knowee may display third-party ads via AdMob. These may be personalized based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
Ads are served by Google under their Privacy Policy.
Geolocation is used to suggest profiles near your location. Displayed distances are approximate (rounded up to the next kilometer). You may disable location access at any time, but this may limit certain features.
Quizzes are a core feature of Knowee and help improve compatibility matching. By default, your answers are visible to other users. You can update or delete your answers anytime from your profile.
You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. This is permanent. Your data will be erased from our servers within 30 days.
Knowee may evolve over time. We reserve the right to update these terms and the app's features. You will be notified of any major changes. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the new terms.
In case of a dispute, we encourage an amicable resolution first. If none is reached, jurisdiction will depend on the registered office of the company viibr (France).
